How long does installation take?
One working day for most homes. Complex ductwork or electrical upgrades can add a second day. You will know before we start.
Should I consider a heat pump?
Often, yes. Modern heat pumps cool like an AC and heat efficiently in our climate. Many East Bay homes qualify for utility and state rebates. We quote both ways so you can compare.
Do I need new ductwork too?
Not always. We test what you have first. If the ducts leak badly we will show you the numbers. If they are fine, nobody will try to sell you new ones.
Are rebates available?
Frequently. We track current utility and state programs and apply whatever your project qualifies for directly to the quote.
Will you haul away the old unit?
Always. Removal, disposal, and recycling of the old equipment are in the quoted price. The site is swept clean before the crew leaves.
What warranty comes with a new system?
Manufacturer parts warranties run 10 years on most systems we install, and we file the registration for you. Our own labor warranty covers the installation itself for two years.
